Your services from Water Choice changed on 1 July 2018 following the transfer of customers to Castle Water. Castle Water has now assumed responsibility for your water services - this will include billing, account management, meter reading, payments and customer service.

To make a BACS payment directly from your bank, please use our sort code and account number below. Please remember to use your account number (you’ll find this at the top of your bill) as the reference so we know where the payment has come from.

At your bank
Use the giro slip on your bill to make a payment the next time you visit your bank. You can also make payment at any HSBC bank for free.
If you wish to pay by cheque, simply put it in an envelope along with a note of your account number, and post it to:

If your cheque is for multiple accounts then please ensure you include all giro slips for each account.
